Forklift trucks are a major player in the material handling field of each global trade. Transporting industrial goods occurs each and every day on our hectic world. Initially innovated as industrial vehicles during the 1930s in the U.S., lift trucks gained recognition following WWII during the 1940s. Becoming an efficient and reliable means to material handling solutions, the practicality and need of these equipment spread globally. First established as Toyo Carrier Manufacturing Company Limited, in 1949, the company was later renamed Toyo Umpanki Co. previous to becoming recognized as the TCM Corporation. Established by Mr. N. Niwa manufactured Japan's first lift truck. Through the years, TCM forklifts have become a global leader in lift truck manufacturing and have built a solid reputation in the business. TCM started constructing forklift manufacturing sites outside of Japan during the 1980s and is presently engaged in lift truck manufacturer at three foreign factories in Europe, China and the United States. TCM proudly makes several models of industrial lift trucks with over 50 years of accumulated expertise and technology, making their products recognized and used all around the globe.
