Cab
Situated in the center of the truck is the forklift cab. This is where the operator sits and accesses all the informational gauges and controls. The gas pedal, steering wheel, brake, lifting controls and tilting controls are all situated in the cab.
Frame
The truck frame carries all the largest parts of the forklift, including the counterweights, which are located at the back to stop the truck from tipping when loaded. The frame includes the overhead guard which protects the operator. The undercarriage holds the driveshaft, axles and wheels.
